This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Spacious parking—only a few feet from the cottage. Whether you’re here for a concert or a graduation, this little house will enhance your visit. Fan/no AC The space The attached porch on the side of the cottage is a nice place to sit and relax. For smokers, the porch is a good place. Ashtray provided! Our backyard is here for you to enjoy. Other things to note There is no TV. Most guests stream entertainment on their own devices because the WiFi signal is strong. The cottage is not air conditioned and in the summertime, the fan can usually make the space comfortable especially if the window is open. However, please be aware that in times of heat wave (90 degrees or above) it is likely to be warm in the cottage.
