Enjoy a unique experience at this very private and spacious house located in the quiet neighborhood called bangbuathong , Nonthaburi where is just 20 mins driving to shopping mall and night market The house is built in Thai Coloneal style on 0.4 acres land with 6x12 metres salt water pool This stylish newly built accommodation has recently opened for tourists who Looking for big place to use as our accomodated base to be able to drive out to surrounding area for day trips The space our property building size is approximately 520 square meters located on 0.4 acres land consists of - 8 bedrooms with 8 toilets - small garden with patio in the back of each room - 1 dining room with small preparing food area - 1 living room - 2 shared toilets in dining room and living room - 6x12 meters salt water swimming pool ( 1.2 meters depth) - exercise area ( exercise bike, boxing punching ball ) - garden - car park ( max 6-8 cars ) - cctv cameras are set up in the area of the house ( dining room , living room and outside area ) Total Area 1 Rai The building area is about 520 square meters. - It consists of 8 bedrooms which have en-suite bathrooms. - Each bedroom will have a small garden behind the room. - Dining room and small food preparation area - Living room - 2 shared bathrooms in the dining room and living room. - The pool is a salt water pool size 6x12 meters, depth 1.2 meters. - Gym (cycling, boxing) - There is a garden in the middle of the area. - Up to 6-8 parking spaces - Install security cameras in the area of the house (dining room, living room, and garden area outside the house) Guest access guest can access the entire whole property (8 bedrooms ,10 toilets,1 living room , 1 dining room, garden , swimming pool , excercise area ) there is small area for preparing food in each bedroom and in the dining room consist of : - microwave - refrigerator - small electric stove at only dining room - sink - tissue paper guest can request for - plates , folks , spoons , glasses , knife - pot , pan - small electric stove to use in your room karaoke set with 2 microphones is complimentary for guests who want to have small party portable outdoor barbecue stove is provided as requested Other things to note - car is needed - car parking max for 6-8 cars - no dish washer - please clean up all the used kitchenware before leaving ( anyway cleaning lady will complete it again ) - food and beverage isn't allowed in the swimming pool . If guest contaminate the pool , 2000 baht fee is charged - there is a cleaning lady who stay in the property to look after the house during your stay - guest will get 2 automatic main entrance door keys to freely enter the property area * if the key is lost or damaged , 1000 baht fee is charged per key (Thai language below) - The listing Enter the alley requires a private car. - There is a parking space in the area, can accommodate up to 6-8 cars with a stack. - No dishwasher - Guests who use kitchen equipment must be cleaned before leaving (and a maid will be doing repeat cleaning). - Drinks and food are not allowed in the pool. If the pool has food waste or food is found into the pool, there is a fine of 2000 baht. - During your stay we will have one housekeeper to take care of the area. - Guests will receive an automatic key to open two large doors to enter the space.
