There, several environments are combined: a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and with an attractive central high table, a large armchair to sit on, a single sofa bed, and a rest area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, Hbo, Spotify and other accounts. The apartment is very bright thanks to its wide window that spans the entire wall. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days. The kitchen has a microwave oven. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. To be taken into account: Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (lau). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
