New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included). The space The studio offers a high-quality fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher (V-Zug), oven (V-Zug), glass ceramic (V-Zug), capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), fondue and raclette set, etc.). With a lot of love for detail, elements from the old barn were integrated. The bed is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people. Additional features: - Modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. - Underfloor heating in all rooms. - Basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, etc. available. - Linens and terry towels are available - Free parking in front of the house. - Seating in front of the house. - Storage space for mountain bikes, skis, golf equipment, etc. (bike/ski storage). - Radio, TV and Wi-Fi. - Equipment for children available free of charge upon request: high chair, crib, toys, changing mat, etc. - Discounted admission to the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool: With our money card you benefit from a 20% discount. - Scuol / Valsot guest card: Over 50 experiences with attractive price advantages. With the guest card you can use public transport between Brail and Martina as well as the mountain railways in summer free of charge. Extra charges: - Tourist tax: CHF 5.00 per person/day from 12 years of age; must be paid separately on site (not included in the booked price). This tourist tax includes public transport in the region (RHB, Postauto) and in summer the Motta Naluns gondola and various discounts on admissions (Scuol / Valsot guest card). - Bed linens, terry towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee of CHF 100. - Pet fee: CHF 20.00 per stay. - Infants: an additional CHF 10.00 per night. Other things to note - Pets are allowed but must be supervised. - No smoking inside the studio. - Tourist tax must be paid on site (TWINT or cash, CHF 5.00 per person per night from 12 years). - Check-in from 4:00 pm / Check-out by 9:00 am (or by arrangement).
