Family-friendly house in Hot Springs located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and just over one mile away from the Downtown Historical District and bath houses. Hot tub on property. Available parking space for a boat. Only 8 minutes to Hamilton Lake and Magic Springs Theme and Water Park! Private hot tub is being added and will be ready for use by Easter weekend 2023. The space Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is very spacious and the room listings don’t include the multiple game room areas available downstairs. The yard space in front and back is large and has lots of running room for kids. There is a one car garage that is used as a ping pong table room. There is also Air Hockey, video games, a poker table, board games, books, and DVD’s. We do not have cable, the TV’s are operated using streaming apps. Log into your favorite streaming app to watch TV and movies. The hot tub does not have a fence or lock, so please use caution if you have small children. Guest access Entire property Other things to note Guests should be aware that one of the four bedrooms is located downstairs. The bedroom downstairs has a King bed and a twin. There are two entry doors in the back that allow guests to access the downstairs area without having to use stairs at all. The downstairs area is set up like a mother-in-law unit. It has its own small kitchen, bathroom, living area, and point of entry. There is a futon in the downstairs living room that can be converted into a full sized bed. It also includes the laundry room and several additional rooms used as game rooms. The interior stairway between the top and bottom floors has a handrail. Please note that though the house is nice and well kept, it was built in 1950 so it has old house features and quirks. Occasionally a guest will bring up some noises the water pipes make when the main bedroom sink is used. The house is 75 years old so it does stuff like that.
