Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a fenced in backyard and playground to enjoy in the summer months we are close to all activities through the winter months. This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all. Guest access You’ll access through a gate on the side of the building which leads to a large completely fenced in yard which has for your use a playground, fire pit, bbq grill, and lawn furniture through out. Help yourself to any fresh garden vegetables during the season!! Once you enter the side door there’s a shared washer dryer for your convenience at no charge. The main entrance door to the unit will be downstairs, next to the marked door is a large storage space for your personal use for such has any luggage, coats, shoes, boots, or winter gear. Also, in there will be provided for you everything you’ll need to wash and dry any laundry if needed. Inside the main entrance you’ll find your own personal fully stocked one bedroom unit with everything we feel to make you feel just like at home has we always make it are goal to be!! Other things to note Direct tv cable also has the NFL package for those football fans like myself. Channels are 701-718 if your favorite team ain’t playing on the local channels you’ll find them there 👍🏈
