A peaceful outlook & stunning views across vineyards to Gulf St Vincent & Mt Lofty Ranges. We are 5 mins by car to Willunga, 10 mins to McLaren Vale and 12 mins to Port Willunga and Aldinga Beach. Breakfast supplies, treats and wine await our Guests 💖 The space Ground floor, open plan living area with no steps inside. Very spacious living, dining and bedroom area's. Full length wardrobes with coat hangers provided. TV in living room and bedroom. Parking at the front door. Two steps lead down to the front verandah. There is also a walk around gravel path. See photo's. Quality appliances are all "tested & tagged" for safety reasons. Expect to sleep in a king size bed fitted with luxurious linens guaranteeing you will sleep in perfect comfort. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with a fabulous rain shower and essential toiletries are provided. Gaze out large windows to our Rose Garden and the expansive views of rolling vineyards to the sea beyond. Experience the ultimate yet simple indulgence of privacy and stillness at our Retreat. Guest access Access is via a private gravel roadway -🚗 travel slowly as there is a spoon drain as you turn off the main road - continue past our home down to the circular driveway at the front of our Retreat. On site secluded parking right at the front door. You have full access to our Retreat and the front and back patio area's. You are also welcome to walk down and take a look at our extensive garden and the views beyond. There is seating available. A great place to watch the world go by. You might even have the chance to view amazing sunsets over our vineyard to the ocean - especially during the colder months. Other things to note * We offer 2 and 3 night bookings at discounted rates* We are one of the very few AirBnB properties in the area that are taking one night bookings, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Remember we are an operational vineyard in a rural location. Please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety whilst on our property, for machinery and the occasional animals (kangaroos, foxes, lizards and the like). At certain times of the year, there will be gas guns sounding to scare off birds, heavy machinery coming and going. We will advise you at the time of booking what might be happening during your stay. We have gravel roads and an unfenced creek bordering our property. We need you to be aware of the rural surroundings and ensure appropriate care is taken. We are able to provide a gas BBQ - on request provided there are no fire ban restrictions or excessive windy conditions. We also have a porta cot & high chair available on request. We do not charge for the use of those items unless there is damage or extra cleaning required. We provide Continental style breakfast supplies which may include home made traditional sourdough bread, juice, milk, sparkling water, cereal, yogurt and a selection of spreads. A complimentary bottle of our wine will be waiting for you! If you have any special requests, let us know and we'll see what we can do! We encourage all Guests to book well in advance if looking to eat out at local eateries as they are often booked out - especially during Summer months, holidays etc. We do expect all Guests to respect our House Rules, property and to take care when in a rural environment. Remember, we love where we live and are happy to share - with respect and kindness. **Should you plan to arrive after 5pm on your check in day, please advise us so we can work out a solution for you - we ask this for security reasons** Accidents do happen and we understand that. We ask that you advise us of any damage or mishaps, prior to your departure so we can resolve any issues with you directly.
