Private room in large stylish house. Ensuite bathroom. Tram stop a 5 minute walk. Close to Old Trafford football and cricket grounds. 20 minute tram ride to central Manchester for theatre, concerts , shopping and graduation venues, Easy access to motorways, main rail stations and Manchester Airport. Close to Altrincham and Sale shops and restaurants. Quiet residential area. Off street parking. Continental breakfast in private guest dining room. The space The room is on the ground floor near the main entrance and accessed off the large spacious hall. You do not need to go through the main body of the house to access the room. There is a spacious ensuite with an excellent shower. There is a desk in the room and plenty of storage space. Guest access In addition to the private room you will be able to use the dining room across from the hall in the mornings. Breakfast is provided ( bread, fruit, yogurt juice etc and you can store your own small food items and drinks in the fridge provided. All plates, cutlery etc provided...and although there are no cooking facilities there is toaster! NB: We can be flexible about arrival and departure times by prior arrangement. In particular we will always try to accommodate early drop off or late collection of bags. Other things to note We both work from home but we can be also out and about, but we will always be available if you need us. We will take our lead from you, but happy to help if you need directions or any information helpful to your stay.
