LOCATION! 2bd/1ba with 2 patios on Wamplers Lake.

LOCATION! Relax with the whole family at our peaceful cottage on Wamplers Lake. We are walking distance from water front public access, Jerry's Pub restaurant, 5 minutes from the famous Hayes State Park (on Wamplers lake and is public boat access) and 10 minutes from Michigan International Speedway. Our cottage is fully furnished with wifi, smart tv, front and back patio, partially fenced in back yard, fire pit, parking up to 5 cars, washer/dryer and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The space We have (2) queen size bedrooms and (1) bathroom in our cottage. The sleeper sofa is a queen and can additionally sleep 2 more guest. You can sit back and relax in our cozy sun porch at the front out our cottage which is equipped with a futon that can sleep 1 additional guest if needed. Our home has wifi, smart tv in the living room, front porch and back porch sitting area with a grill, washer & dryer with detergent, iron board and iron & steamer (all of which can be found in the back bedroom closet). We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your needs with the following: airfryer, coffee maker, pots & pans, eating dish-ware and utensils, blender, toaster, etc. Under the sink we keep our general household cleaning supplies. You can find the first aid kit in the bathroom under the sink. In the back bedroom closet is where you can find the vacuums and back up supplies: tissues, toiler paper, and paper towels. Our bathroom is equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. You have access to the Wampler's Lake community access which is about a 1-2 minute walk from our unit. Guest access You have access to our entire property minus the storage shed in the back. Other things to note By renting this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding water and dock access: Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that accessing the water and dock facilities associated with this property carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, slipping, falling, drowning, and other hazards associated with water activities. Responsibility for Safety: You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying guests or minors while utilizing the water and dock facilities. This includes but is not limited to wearing appropriate safety gear, supervising children, and exercising caution at all times. No Lifeguard on Duty: There is no lifeguard on duty at the water and dock facilities. You acknowledge that swimming, boating, and other water activities are undertaken at your own risk, and you are responsible for assessing the conditions and determining whether it is safe to engage in such activities. Release of Liability: By accessing the water and dock facilities, you hereby release the property owner, host, and any affiliated parties from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur as a result of your use of these facilities. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, host, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the water and dock facilities. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing the use of water and dock facilities, including but not limited to boating regulations, safety requirements, and environmental protection laws. By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer regarding water and dock access.
