Located in a paradisiacal place, the apartment is equipped with all the furniture, various appliances, full kitchen, TV in the new living room, new air conditioning, planned furniture, complimentary wifi, barbecue on the balcony, 4 swimming pools, multi-sport court, playground, private garage and game room. Also, the view is stunning and the beach is a few meters ahead! The space The apartment is spacious, with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the swimming pools and green area. On the balcony, there is a barbecue and table with chairs! In the en-suite, a queen-size bed, single-size auxiliary bed, wardrobes, a 40-inch TV panel and a desk for studies or home-office, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and, of course, a full bathroom. In the living room, a sofa bed, armchair, rack with 43-inch TV and ceiling fan. In the kitchen, custom cabinets, large granite countertop, two sinks with gourmet faucet, stove, refrigerator, microwave and other appliances (coffee maker, popcorn maker, blender and sandwich maker) and other utensils to make you feel at home. Please note: We provide bed linens and initial bathroom items, but remember to bring bath towels! Guest access The apartment has an individual and covered parking space. Access to common areas is through a TAG. The neighborhood offers all the necessary infrastructure nearby, such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants and a fitness center. Access to the beach is by an exclusive residents' path, with secure and controlled entry and exit through the concierge, using cameras and intercom, as shown in the listing's photos. Very close to the beach, it has showers on the way to wash your feet when leaving the beach, providing greater comfort to walk to the apartment. Other things to note We do not accept pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (including the balcony). We do not have room service. Beds are made with you in mind, based on the number of guests reported.
