In total there is room for 7 people and 2 babies (cribs available on request). The space There are 3 very spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and 2 stoves. The living and dining room is spacious, ​​70m2. There is also a TV available if you wish to recover from a busy day. When visiting the farm with children, they will love all the animals, the bushes at the end of the land. Next to this, there is a possibility to go fishing on the land (succes guaranteed, the last person who went fishing here caught 28 fish in 1.5 hours) Outside there are 2 terraces with a dining table and a lounge set. There is also a terrace with an above ground swimming pool of 2 by 3m if you want to cool down a bit. You can rent a large gas barbecue for € 25 per day. Dogs are allowed (maximum of 2). These must be kept on a leash on the propery due to other animals here. You will be charged € 5 per dog per day. Groups with only young people (under 25) are not allowed. The house is located on an acre of land with many animals such as rabbits, chickens and mini sheep. Alpacas will also be added soon soon. All photos, apart from the cows (at the neighbors), are of the private property. Guest access All mentioned areas in the house are entirely for the guests and no other people come here. This is also closed off from the front of the farm where the owner lives. Outside, the dining area is also completely private, no one will pass by here. At the other 2 terraces you have the chance that the owner will walk by sometimes to do some gardening and animal care. (There will not be any other guest staying at the property) The property is closed with an electric gate, you will receive a remote control. The access to the creeks at the back is also fenced off so that children cannot accidentally walk to the water. You are welcome to walk around in the pasture if you want. Other things to note The house is located in the so-called "BibleBelt", this is a vey religious area. As a result, the supermarkets and the petrol station in the village are not open on Sundays. On the other side of the river in Schoonhoven, the Silver City, 5 minutes away (via a small ferry), the Supermarket is open on Sundays.
