Family Getaway with Firepit and Private Waterfall

Nestled on the edge of the hill, our haven within the city, is located on Spokane's Northside - Five Mile area. Newly renovated and spacious with 5 bedrooms (3 kings), 3 bathrooms for your family to enjoy. Spacious full kitchen, open great room & dining leading onto a stunning covered deck, with a very large Fire-pit. High-speed internet, where you can take in city views & our own private waterfall. It will leave you wondering why you would ever leave this one-of-a-kind vacation home. The space This is Romona's Inn. Our family built and designed this unique home in 1979. David (my husband) grew up in this home and can tell you many larger-than-life memories made within these walls. Our home has a nostalgic feel, with many original elements. Including a "Car Bed" in the kids room, an unforgettable red soaker tub in the master bathroom, and the original pool table – also handmade by the family. Yet, thanks to design features beyond its time, it still winks at its modern updates. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a full meal with ease; pots, pans, utensils and even some baking tools if inspiration strikes. We proudly serve Ladder Coffee, high quality coffee and freshly roasted! We have designated workspaces and high-speed internet and wifi throughout, even on the covered deck where you can enjoy the ambiance of the large gas fire pit with the sounds of the waterfall cascading in the backyard. Because of the originality of our home we ask that you treat it with respect, while you are enjoying it. You're guaranteed never to be in another place quite like this. Guest access The whole house, covered deck and small backyard. Guests do not have access to certain supply closets and our garage. One item to note, because of the multi level style of this home, you will need to climb multiple sets of stairs... from the entrance to the main level to the lower levels, it seems you're greeted with stairs everywhere. Other things to note We can accommodate 10 guests-please don’t go over 10 guests. Our driveway has an incline, in the winter we do our best to keep it as clear from snow as possible, but use caution! One item to note, because of the multi level style of this home, you will need to climb multiple sets of stairs... from the entrance to the main level to the lower levels, it seems you're greeted with stairs everywhere.
