Ocean and Mountain Views, Large Private Pool

Enjoy this spectacular property, a large bedroom and 1 Bath situated in a quiet dead end road with beautiful views of the Ocean and Valley. Only a few minutes away from Sandy beaches and restaurants as well as 8 minutes to Rincon and less then that to grocery stores, a pharmacy and a bakery. Enjoy jumping in our spacious pool and dine outdoors on our large covered terrace. The space We provide: - We provide the basic supplies like trash bags and toilet paper to get you started but after that please feel free to drive a minute down the road to Colmado Rodriguez, a small store, for your additional needs. -Modern AC unit - Comfortable memory foam mattresse - Fresh bath towels for each guest - Swimming pool with water fountain and beautiful illumination at night - A large dining table on our covered terrace - can also be moved inside if so desired) - TV (Connect to your Netflix or Hulu account to enjoy movies) - Internet - A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven. - Microwave - Coffee maker - Quality blender for smoothies and mixed drinks - Bluetooth speaker What we do not provide at this time: - Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc - Cable Television - Entertainment subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc. - Access to a washer and dryer IMPORTANT: Puerto Rico can occasionally experience power and water outages. They are beyond our control. We provide a backup generator that can run from 6 pm to 7 am and will need to be turned off during the day. We also provide backup water (cool only-not heated) - we have a 400 gallon cistern that gravity feeds the house. The pressure will be significantly lower but you will have water in the house. Please, only book if you are willing to accept the above stated for the rare power and water outages that we are experiencing. ——— - absolutely no parties allowed. - if bodily fluids are found on any of the furniture or on the beds etc. then an extra $500-$1000 charge may be added for additional cleaning. - if you show up with more than the allowed guests then your reservation may be canceled immediately/on arrival
