Welcome to the EC Lair Mansion! Located on 4 private acres, our 1 bedroom private loft is a perfect landing spot for a traveling nurse, medical student on rotation, or other long term guest. We are a 15 minute drive to Aultman, Mercy, and Alliance Hospitals, and only 30-40 minutes to Dover, New Philadelphia, and Akron. You’ll have access to high speed internet, a private bathroom, HDTV (with Netflix), a fully stocked kitchen, and separate entrance from the garage. We look forward to meeting you! The space The house was custom built in 1950, and unlike anything you’ve seen before. Your space is above garage in the East wing. It comes with a separate entrance, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, and pillow top full mattress in the bedroom. The living room has a desk area for study/work, as well as a new couch to enjoy the flat screen TV & streaming services. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the East yard outside (over an acre), as well as their entire (private) apartment.
