Spacious family-friendly home

Located on a quiet street, minutes from Downtown North Conway and all that the Valley has to offer. This spacious and family friendly home is a 5 br, 3 bath with many amenities. Sleeps 10-15 guests. Entryway allows for all of the ski, snowboard, winter gear to be stored without getting rest of house wet. Entertainment throughout the house with board games, ping pong, foosball, fast streaming TV, screen-in porch, firepit, fireplace. Please see "Other things to note" for what to bring with you. The space Front entrance and deck has a camera for security purposes. Guest access On top floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with standup shower, first floor has a large loft and basement has 2 bedrooms. Other things to note Items to bring: (3 queen, 4 double, 3 twin). bed sheets pillowcases blankets towels (hand towels are provided) toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. ) # and types of beds for sheets: First floor: Queen bed and 2 double beds in loft area. Second floor: Bedroom on left is queen bed; bedroom on right is a queen and twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) Basement: First bedroom has a double and twin bed; second bedroom has a queen bed. Bassinet, highchair, baby tub and 2 baby gates are available on premise. 3-4 vehicles can park outside in driveway, couple more on street. Recycling and separating paper, plastic, cardboard is strictly enforced. 2 Gas grills are available April-October; Please clean grill upon checkout. No smoking inside No pets No candles
