Additional extras that you are sure to appreciate include a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can drink the water from the kitchen tap and refrigerator (with water/ice maker). The large balcony is equipped with a tiki bar and plenty of seating with custom-made, comfortable patio sectional furniture. As well as an additional full-size fridge to keep all your favourite drinks nice and cool! A fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining! There is a gas bbq on the lower carport for your grilling pleasure. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, new energy efficient a/c, private bath, TV and private balcony with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort.
