Good shopping opportunities in the area, including Waves shopping center, Greve Center and Strandvejen. The space The home is self-sufficient with solar cells and air to water heat pump. The heart of the house is the large kitchen-living room, which with underfloor heating, skylight and large window facing the garden is bright and inviting. There's a dining table for six, a large sofa by the TV and a daybed. In addition, there is plenty of floor space to romp around. The house has two functioning bedrooms with double beds, a laundry room, a basement room with freezer, a bathroom and a guest toilet. There is parking in front of the house and a south-facing undisturbed garden with terrace, barbecue, fire pit, garden games and dining table. Guest access As guests with us, you have access to the aforementioned rooms. There is an office that is locked and private. We ask that you do not go into the closets in the large basement room, which contains our wardrobe. We will make room in both the freezer, refrigerator and kitchen cabinets, so you have room for groceries and food. Other things to note There are no toys in the house, so this must be brought.
