Home in Annapolis

Just steps away from the Chesapeake Bay, this 3-4 bedroom home is the perfect get-away by the shore. Only a short drive to downtown Annapolis, it's a great spot for families & friends attending boat shows or Naval Academy events. It's also a wonderful refuge for guests who need a change of scene. Located in the private community of Oyster Harbor, the house is set up for large groups and includes access to the beach, fishing pier, picnic areas, boat ramp & playgrounds. Other things to note Parking at the house is limited to 4 cars. There are 2 community kayaks/paddleboards available for use in the Oyster Harbor community. See our guidebook for more info! Note that the house is on a well, and you will notice that the water has a sour smell/taste. Our well has been recently inspected, and the water is safe to drink! But we will admit that we don't love the way it tastes. We usually buy water and bagged ice for when we are there. We also have a boat in the area, and we may come and go from the garage (which is reserved as an owner space) to retrieve and leave boating items during your stay. Registration Details 000243
