It consists of a large room with kitchen open to dining room and living room + a back kitchen + toilet + laundry room with washer/dryer. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with carpet + bathroom with walk-in shower + separate toilet. Guest access The front garden, the lawn, the orchard. The pond is not accessible nor the White House (see pictures) sometimes inhabited by the owner. Other things to note The property is not fully fenced in.
