Grey House, an atypical vacation home!

In an atypical house, this large modern apartment offers you all the comfort and space you need to disconnect, with its large cozy living room and two large bright bedrooms, one of which has a huge bathroom, worthy of a movie! You will stay 2 km from the center of Olne, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia, in the pretty Pays de HERVE. Surrounded by meadows and orchards, Olne is the perfect base for walks, with a dozen marked walks. The space On the ground floor, 250 m2 apartment, a master suite with private bathroom and access to the terrace and garden. The second bedroom is equipped, just like the master suite, with a desk, sofa and smart TV, a bathroom, kitchen/dining room, living room with additional bedroom area are accompanied by a view of the huge garden. In addition to comfort, the view of the valley, nature, squirrels, roe deer, deer, birds of prey and many other wonderful animals will make your stay unforgettable. The Grey House offers you a rental of a sauna and a Scandinavian wood-fired bathtub. These can be rented for the duration of the stay or by the day. For more information, contact me by message. Guest access The 250 m2 accommodation/vacation home + terrace on the ground floor of the villa are at the entire disposal of guests. Other things to note Please note, check-ins are between 4pm and 6pm. For all arrivals after 6pm, an amount of €30 per 30 minutes of late payment must be paid in cash to the person who will welcome you. As a reminder, to avoid any extra charges, the apartment must be returned in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Garbage cans (PMC, PAPERS and HOUSEHOLD WASTE), bottles and glass jars will be emptied by you. Bed linen and bath towels will be collected in the laundry basket provided for this purpose. The dishwasher must be emptied and clean, the same applies to the oven and fridges. Floors must be vacuumed and clean upon checkout. If not, you will be penalized and will have to agree to pay the penalties provided for breaches of your obligations.
