Beautiful, spacious, secure, air-conditioned apartment in quiet residential area. Great place to relax full time or in between outings around the island. This one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat is in a gated compound with parking. It is a short walk to a mini-mart, pharmacy, and public transportation to St. James, Woodbrook, downtown Port of Spain and many other areas. Larger grocery stores and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. The airport is an hour away. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed, sofa, closet and bathroom with shower. There is also a large living room with a queen-sized futon, sitting/tv area and half bathroom. You will have a full kitchen (with microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle, full oven, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.), dining area, and WiFi in the apartment. There is a short uphill walk/drive.
