We provide complimentary access to Hulu and Disney+ during your stay, and guests are welcome to log into their own streaming accounts as desired. POOL INFORMATION The community pool is **not heated** and water temperatures may vary depending on the season. QUIET HOURS To respect our neighbors and community, quiet hours are strictly observed from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM** daily. HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES We provide an initial supply of commonly used household items to help you get settled in. Once these supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional groceries, toiletries, paper products, or other consumable items they may need during their stay. We are unable to provide replenishments or restock consumable supplies. SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING Arizona summers can be extremely hot. When outdoor temperatures exceed 105°F, the air conditioning system may not be able to cool the home below approximately 77°F. Residential AC units are generally designed to cool up to 30 degrees below the outside temperature, and excessive heat can impact performance. To maximize comfort, we recommend: • Keeping ceiling fans running • Closing blinds and shades during the day • Limiting the amount of time exterior doors are left open COMMUNICATION For the security and protection of both guests and hosts, please use Airbnb messaging for all communication before, during, and after your stay.
