CARNIVAL we ask to book 2 nights. MONTHLY RENTAL from MARCH for 2 people. Apto Branco - well functional for family holiday. Vc want to rest? Enjoy the beaches of Florianópolis? We are located on the beach of campeche, in the middle of the island, you can stroll the south or north of the island c super advantages. Campeche beach is 800mtrs from the inn. The super market, greengrocer, bakery, bars and restaurants, all at most 4 blocks away ! The space Our Inn is in a quiet place, 50 meters from Pequeno Príncipe Avenue, away from the bustle of the main street. At the moment they are building a building on the avenue that results in construction noise, nothing unbearable, it is 50 meters from the inn. Guest access The guesthouse has 4 apartments, all with individual kitchens and bathrooms. The areas that are shared are: area outside the apartment; garage and barbecue grill. Other things to note For New Year's Eve and Carnival reservations, we are asking for a minimum of 4 nights. We provide: sheets, pillows and blankets. We do not provide: bath towels. MONTHLY RENTAL from March to November. Included: water, Internet and electricity.
