Grass side yards. *Booking guest MUST sign a pool rules waiver. *Pool is heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day. *Pool and spa are open May - September. Upstairs: Living room with wood burning fireplace, large open plan chef's kitchen and spacious dining room that seats 10. The half bathroom/powder room is also on this level. Large wrap-around deck accessible from living, dining and kitchen, with large Weber grill, outdoor dining table and outdoor sectional. Additional upper roof deck with gorgeous views and Adirondack chairs is accessible from the main deck. Downstairs: Large entryway and all four bedrooms are downstairs. Two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets and french doors with direct access to the backyard. Two queen front bedrooms, one with a dedicated desk / work from home area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the basement and owner's closet on the top floor, both of which will be locked.
