Campsite in Shafer

Get away from it all and unwind in this very spacious 8 person lodge tent. This campsite is the perfect way to camp without the work! More private than any state park you will find while still very close to local amenities! The campsite includes a picnic table, (unshared) composting toilet and fire pit. With the St. Croix River and several state parks to hike, rock climb, canoe or kayak there's no shortage of outdoor activities! Other area attractions are Wild Mountain Waterpark, Trollhaugen Zip Line and Adventure Park, Franconia Sculpture Park and Taylors Falls Scenic Boat Tours. There is fun for everyone!
