This condo has just the right view of the point break out front, from the balcony and living room. Step outside to the front entryway and walk past the elevator to get an unobstructed view of 'Teresa's' surf break to the north. Heated pool and spa(the south pool/spa is for guests), two tennis/Pickleball courts, outdoor shower, and access to the private sand beach for a ‘dry-hair’ paddle out to the semi-private, famous point break. Great beach to wade and swim, as it's a sand beach with a very gradual slope and no rocks. We provide an assortment of sporting equipment for you including 2 soft top surfboards, a shortboard, Boogie Board, wetsuits, snorkel gear, tennis racquets and practice balls, pickleball paddles/balls, fishing poles/gear, bacci ball set, binoculars, yoga mat, coolers, beach umbrella, beach chairs exercise equipment and more. Located just 40 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe wineries and amazing Michelin Star Chefs. 25 minutes to Bajamar ocean front golf resort. 5 minutes from Puerto Nuevo lobster town, and 17 minutes to downtown Rosarito Beach Hotel. Great shopping and fun in Puerto Nuevo, downtown Rosarito or Popotla. A short drive to Ensenada, where you can take a panga out to surf 'Killers' at Todos Santos, or drink beer at Hussong's. Many eclectic, top notch restaurants and breweries, as well as grocery and liquor stores are a short drive away. Rosarito shopping just to the north. The majority of the Northern Baja breaks are all a short driving distance, but you'd be crazy to leave this resort, as it's the best, world-class surf break around. And its access is blocked to all but those staying here. What unique things we love about our condo's is... the view of the surf! The unit is on the 4th floor of the Las Flores building, at just the right height and angle to have perfect views of the whole bay. We face the south, so we are protected from the prevailing westerly winds, so it’s always warm on the large private balcony with bbq. Lastly, our condo sits on the Bay of Bahia with its own micro-climate, so when the onshore flow presents fog or marine layer, we are usually still perfectly sunny! Central heat and portable air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room, as well as ceiling fans. Seriously, once you stay here, you will never stay anywhere else. The K38 break is much more consistent and better shape than Las Gaviotas or any other break around. You can watch the surf all day from the unit so you know exactly when to paddle out, and security keeps all other surfers out, so the crowd is far less than elsewhere. Come enjoy all that Baja has to offer, only 40 minutes across the border. Please note that this area of Baja is very uncrowded. The border into and out of Mexico has NO entry/exit restrictions at this time. Don't forget your passport. Birth certificates OK for kids under 16. Check the TSA site for up to date information. Global Pass or Sentri-Pass holders have access to use the expedited 'Sentri Lane' to return to the US, cutting down your wait time to an average wait of 15 minutes. Please note the fireplace is non-operational, and the master bedroom window is covered to help with the road noise. Bring your telephoto lens to get some great action shots, as the 4th floor balcony elevation is the perfect angle to view the whole bay. 1,100 square feet of tranquil, bright and airy 'Wine & Waves' well appointed living space for your enjoyment. The whole resort has a back-up power generator for your safety and convenience. Our unit has a backup power supply for the internet and garage door opener as well. There are DirecTV boxes with American stations and DVR in the living room and bedroom, but as of 2025 they have been acting up, so don't count on them working at this time. Guest access Map search ‘Club Marena’ to see where we are and how to get here. Park in the private one car garage. Take the green wagon for your belongings to the elevator and go to the 4th floor. Exit elevator to the left and you'll see our unit. Note that the pool and jacuzzi to the south are for your use. Please let us know as soon as you can if you'll be checking in after 8:30pm as I'll have to let the guards know and that I've advised you to be quiet when you check in. Please note there is a security camera at the front entrance normally just to review when guests check in and leave and to verify the number of guests. Other things to note We’ll text or email you the entrance codes one day before you arrive. If you go to the wine valley, download the app ‘Baja Wine Country’. We recommend checking your phone's map app to ‘Relieve Vinicola’. This is the closest winery/gourmet restaurant in the Valle. Once there, ‘Around Me’ app is also a great way to find other wineries, click on Restaurants. Use the green wagon in the garage to help transport your things up to the unit; you’ll be glad you did. The trash chute is to the left of the elevator. Please, leave your surfboards and wetsuits in the garage. No boards in the house.
