Cozy apartment with a great view in quiet and calm Sandviken, only a 10-minute walk from Bryggen. Walking distances: - 20 minutes to train station - 10 minutes to airport shuttle - 15 minutes to "Bybanen" - the light rail going to/from the airport - 10 minutes to "Bryggen" - 5 minutes grocery shop, 24/7 open kiosk and kebab place. - 300 meters to "Fjellveien" - 2,5 km walk to the top of Fløyen Facilities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Washing machine and dry tumbler - Smart TV The space My apartment consists of a hallway, a bedroom, an open kitchen/living room and a loft/mezzanine. In the bedroom, there is a 150x200 cm bed, on the loft, there is a 160x200 cm mattress. I will be sleeping in the loft, while you will get the bedroom. I will be leaving the house early and returning in the evening. The reason for me renting out just the room is for some extra income. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, and a comfortable couch in front of a 49" Smart TV. During your stay I will be present in the apartment during the mornings and evenings, due to work on the daytime.
