Welcome to Gîte Saint Joseph, 🌿a charming 19th century tufa stone house located in a quiet area of the medieval town of Loches. Designed for you, whether you come with family or friends, this cottage ⭐️⭐️⭐️combines old-world charm and modern comfort. After your visits to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (Chenonceau 30 minutes away) or the famous ZooParc de Beauval (30 minutes away), relax in the garden, in the pool or in the hot tub (optional). A perfect place to unwind. The space This completely renovated townhouse in Tours offers you a single-story living space. The beautiful and spacious entrance leads to all the rooms of the cottage, starting with a pleasant living room, equipped with a wood-burning insert. It opens onto the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, giving you the opportunity to prepare the best recipes from our region. Crossing the beautiful hallway with its cement tile floor, you will find yourself in the sleeping area. The first bedroom offers a beautiful view of the garden and consists of a queen-size bed, a desk and a storage cabinet. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (or two beds pushed together for a couple), a baby bed, and a storage closet. You will find the beds made on arrival. 🧺 The beautiful bathroom is accessible from the 2 Bds. 🌿Outdoors, in summer you can enjoy a barbecue in the large garden with trees or on the terrace, as well as outdoor games and a ping-pong table. 💦 Relaxation & Sharing Area option (€80 for the entire stay) This second garden, enclosed by walls and equipped with a Spa (Jacuzzi) and an above-ground pool, is an area that we share with you. In practice: How does privacy work? So that everyone can enjoy it peacefully (with family on our side, or in complete tranquility on yours), we simply agree together the day before on your preferred times. During your time slot, you have the entire space to yourself. This also allows us to manage the water treatment. A simple and friendly arrangement that always works out wonderfully! 💰 Price: Additional charge of €80 for the entire stay (on request, payable on-site). ⚠️ Access with steps or a step over requiring good mobility. Guest access Entire home with independent entrance and garden. Your check-in is done independently thanks to the lockbox to avoid any time constraints. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. We'll get back to you on the morning of your arrival with the information you need for your stay and the access code. Other things to note 🚗 Parking: There is no private parking, but free spaces are easily available right in front of the accommodation. 🧼 Housekeeping: To be done by you before your departure, or there is a cleaning package option for €60 (payable on-site). Please be aware that in the event of an oversight or if cleaning is not done, you may be asked to pay this fee via the platform. 🧺 Linen: The beds are made upon your arrival, and linens are fully provided for your stay. 🪵 Wood burning fire: An additional basket of logs for the fireplace insert can be provided upon request for €7 (payable locally). ♿ Accessibility: Unfortunately, the listing is not accessible to people with disabilities. 💦 Relaxation & Sharing Area option (Pool & Jacuzzi): We offer access to a second garden (shared space with us).
