The 3-star Gîte Saint Joseph is located in a quiet area of the medieval town of Loches, just 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo. Designed for you, whether with family or friends, this charming 19th century tuffeau stone house will seduce you and allow you to spend warm moments. What could be better than spending the evening around a cozy fireplace or in the hot tub after visiting one of these magnificent castles in Touraine? The space This fully renovated Touraine townhouse offers you a single-story life. The beautiful and spacious entrance serves all the rooms of the cottage, starting with a beautiful living room, embellished with its wood insert. It is open to the kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, to give you the opportunity to concoct the best recipes of our region. Crossing the beautiful hallway and its cement tile floor, you will arrive in the night area. The first bedroom offers a beautiful view of the garden, it is composed of a queen size bed, a desk and a storage closet. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, (or two beds close together for a couple), a baby bed and a storage closet. Beds will be made on arrival. The beautiful bathroom is accessible from the 2 bedrooms. Outside, in the summer you can enjoy a barbecue in the large wooded garden or on the terrace as well as outdoor games and a ping pong table. We can provide you, optionally, with a second garden, totally independent, which will allow you to enjoy a relaxation area with spa (private sessions) on request, before booking. Private session of approximately one hour per day at the rate of 50 euros/stay up to 3 nights or 80 euros/stay beyond 3 nights. In summer, you can also enjoy the swimming pool! Guest access Entire home with independent entrance and garden. Your check-in is done independently thanks to the lockbox to avoid any time constraints. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. We'll get back to you on the morning of your arrival with the information you need for your stay and the access code. Other things to note No private parking but free spaces are available in front of the accommodation. Cleaning to be done by you before departure. Beds will be made upon arrival. Linens are provided for your stay.
