Waterfront Treasure Home is a beautiful cottage, clean, equipped with everyday living and ready for you to relax and enjoy. ☀Bedrooms This "waterfront treasure" cottage boasts three bedrooms to come home to after exploring and enjoying Maine. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and private porch. Its second bedroom has a Full size bed with its own private porch and the third bedroom with 2 double beds and a private porch. If you’re traveling with a young one, we are able to provide a Pack and Play crib. ☀Bathrooms The cottage has two full baths. All bathrooms feature high quality amenities. ☀Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up tasty meals, including all appliances, a crock pot, a blender, and a coffee station with an assortment of coffee and tea available. There are also kids' bowls and utensils for young families. The kitchen has a great island for serving up delicious casserole dishes for your BBQ dinners with a grill outside for you to enjoy. ☀Dining Room/ Porch The indoor dining room table is an open concept attached to the living room with an enclosed cozy tongue and groove wood porch. The enclosed place is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the lake and it’s loons sounds echoing across the lake. ☀Living Room The comfy living room with a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Hulu, Netflix for your own logins. If you’re looking for some family fun or group activity, check out our board games. There are also books available. Head out to the veranda through the sliding glass doors after making your book selection, slip into the outdoor chairs and enjoy the fire. Morning coffees in the cool breeze are also a treat. Outdoor fire-pit in the backyard, Adirondack chairs right on the dock extend into the river and picnic tables will sure to create memories. Our cottage is right on Cochnewagon Lake, a 45 minute drive to the Ocean. The property is shaded with trees and often there is a nice breeze blowing. Each room has its own private porch and our guests love hearing the water as they wake up to a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Head out to the private verandas through the bedrooms or after making your book selection, slip into the outdoor chairs and enjoy the fire. Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are Not allowed inside the home. Please load the dishwasher and throw out the garbage before check out. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house. No fireworks are allowed. Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed . The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Large Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10pm to respect our neighbors who love that you are enjoying this beautiful lake and home. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc. you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or clothes) for their intended purposes. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $30 replacement fee for each towel. Garage is an owner's lockout. There is no guest access. You will have private access to the house. Keep in mind that this one story cottage with stairs to access the Main entry of the Cottage.
