Guest access The accommodation is part of a building of 3 floors above ground and is located on the 2nd floor, the total of accommodation is 4 units, has a condominium courtyard with small green area with games for children. Respecting the other condominiums, the courtyard can be used to play ball, ride a bike and relax avoiding excessive noise in the early afternoon and evening. The courtyard is closed by electric gate (always closed except during transit) and is partly used as parking, guests have a special space. Given the almost "familiar" feature of the building, the outdoor space can also be used for the storage of bicycles without the danger of theft. Guests have at their disposal in addition to the slide and a swing for children also a balloon and flight/ tennis rackets. Other things to note For check-in and check-out times that are not very "standard" or in case of not precise indication of the arrival time communicated by the guest, I have arranged the possibility of accessing the accommodation in my absence (it is still my pleasure to meet the guest upon arrival, but, in case this is not possible, through a telephone contact, I will guide the guest in the simple procedures to enter into possession of the keys and access the house).
