Guest access Please enter and sign a 2 page document at the main security office who have been informed of your arrival, please provide identification and security will provide you with a white access card to enter "The Residences parking area. Keep left on the main road and turn left at the entrance to "The residences". There is a sign at the boom entrance, use your access card to lift the boom and enter, drive up to the circle. You are allowed to park in the demarcated spaces provided. Other things to note Please be advised on Playa Caracol being a new development project and construction is taking place at various intervals on site and may be noisy. Panama does experience water and electricity outages and there is no backup generator on site. All monthly rentals will be charged separately for electricity usage over and above the agreed rental fee.
