Rain or shine, the home offers a spectacular 180 view of nature that is breathtaking! Located in downtown Pittsfield, you are surrounded by all the amenities that you will need! Boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, parks, restaurants, skydiving, brewery, museum, library, farmer market, supermarket and many more to explore! Our home will offer you with exclusive waterfront access where you can enjoy water recreation at your own leisurely time. There is seating on the deck where you can sit, laugh, sing, suntan and relax. If you are up for it, you can grill and boating as one of our feature amenities. Watch the amazing sunrise, sunset, fish, birds, loons, turtles, otters, eagles, and fish jumping in the water from inside the comfort of your home or outside while you are fishing on the deck. Be lazy, eat some ice cream, kick back, relax and stargazing the night sky right from the deck. A place where lots of memories are created. This home has endless possibility! The entire cabin, decks furniture, fishing poles, Intex Seahawk boat, grill, gas pit and exclusive waterfront access. The common areas has four barstools chairs and two foldable high chairs. Parking Notes: We have a driveway that fit two small cars. Coffee lovers? We are proudly brewing Starbucks coffee! Our guest can enjoy endless great coffees from our recommendation house’s handbook. Agreement of liability: Please remember we live on a beautiful body of water for you and your family to enjoy and have fun. All the water activities are at your own risk. In any scenario that the equipment was damaged from previous guest, the owner is not obligated to offer the activities or refund your stay. If you accept & book a reservation, you assume liability for yourself & your guests for the use of the house, fire pit, and boat at your own risks while on our property. The owner will not hold liabilities with said activities and/or equipment. Please note, we're currently not offering the canoe, however the Seahawk boat is available for our guests. *If guests use the boat, the law requires they must have life jackets on them and children must wear life jackets in the boat at all times. *Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. *Since we are located in downtown Pittsfield area, there will be traffic noises.
