This stand-alone, modern house has its own driveway, double carport and entrance. It’s fully off-grid (solar batteries), has Ecosafe wastewater system and micro-filtered rainwater tanks. The space The dwelling is 90 sqm plus 44 sqm covered deck as well as a double carport. All windows and doors are security and insect screened. There is a queen bed in each bedroom, with built in robes and fans. The lounge has a Wi-Fi modem, smart television, gas heater, 3 seater couch and a recliner. The toilet and basin are separate to the bathroom which has a basin and large shower It doubles as a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. The large kitchen has a gas oven, gas hotplates, large fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, electric jug, a kettle and coffee maker. A dining table for four is next to the large servery and breakfast bar. The large front entrance is 12 stairs down from the carport and is also accessible by concrete ramp around the carport to the porch and front entrance. The covered deck has tables and chairs plus large comfortable outdoor lounges. It has a perfect north-east aspect with shutters for protection from the weather. There are two ceiling fans and an outdoor gas heater. Your view is magnificent rolling green hills with occasional cows and horses and a variety of wildlife. The fenced yards and gardens around the house add to the picture-perfect panorama. Guest access You'll have the whole house plus the deck, fenced yards, driveway and carport. You can either go down steps to the front entrance or walk along the concrete ramp to avoid steps. Other things to note The property is not suitable for young children as there are unfenced rock walls and an electrified fence (to keep out cattle from the neighbouring property). Because the house relies on solar batteries for power, there are a few important rules about how and when some electrical appliances may be used, particularly when the sun is not shining. This includes how many high usage appliances may be used at the same time. If you follow the rules, you will have no power problem. The Ecosafe system is biological which means no anti-bacterial or chemicals of any kind can go down the sinks or toilet. There is plenty of water and gas for hot showers and cooking. There are ceiling fans for cooling and gas heaters for warming, inside and outside.
