House with fenced garden in Xambes

100 m2 house in a green setting. A campervan garage (max 3 m high) and a car garage. Place to park vehicles in the yard. Quiet village 4 km from the supermarket and 30 km from Angoulême. Restaurant in the center of the village as well as a bread distributor and a butcher (open on specific days of the week). Post office at the town hall. The space This house is composed of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room and a lounge, a reading/office area, separate bathroom/toilet. 2 terraces, one covered behind and one in front with outdoor dining areas (summer) and a private garden. The house is my home, emptied of most of my personal belongings to accommodate guests. Spacious and bright house. Very nice terraces and garden. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation except the lockable dressing room. Other things to note Two small cats named Tigrette and Negrita live outside the house and garden. They are independent, a little shy. During my absence, I leave them a kibble dispenser and water outside.
