Located in a nice neighborhood. With self check-in. Valid ID (with a photo) of both guests staying in order to get the code. Water+coffee are courtesy. By booking our unit you agree with the house rules. The space It's an entire guest suite (300 sq ft), very well cleaned. Secondary unit: Unit attached to the main house (inhabited). Check out the photos. Entire place: You will not share anything with us. Privatespace (not shared): entrance, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. The unit does not have a kitchen, as you can see on the pictures. We do not allow pets. We are located in Shalimar FL. Guest access Guest suite: PRIVATE entrance, hallway and suite (bedroom+bathroom), not shared. Secondary unit: Unit attached to the main house (inhabited). Entire place: You will not share anything with us. Other things to note No pets allowed. No late check out. No kitchen. In order to get the door code the guest making the reservation is required to send us a picture of a valid state issued ID with photo of both guests staying in our unit. The failure to provide that will result in a cancellation without refund.
