Casa Música del Caribe is a private, luxurious 2 XL Mbr/2.5 bath home located in a very desirable area on the island of Isla Mujeres Mexico. Includes fully heated, private, salt water infinity pool, with six high powered jacuzzi jets in a separate sitting area. Poolside room doubles as a comfortable & spacious 3rd bedroom with an air bed. (These are NOT air mattresses. ) 360 degree unobstructed views of sunrise & sunset. The space Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) is a quick ferry ride 8 miles across the bay from Cancun. This beautiful island, 5 miles long and half a mile wide is like taking a step back in time. Pristine beaches, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, a turtle farm, in season whale shark tours and dolphin swim are but of a few of the things to see and do here. We have owned and rented the home to guests since 2015. Due to a recent Airbnb error, we were forced to set up a new page. Our ratings are always five star reviews. Our home is located on a cliff, just 60 feet from the Caribbean water with a view like no other. This private home comes complete with a very private, heated, custom designed, salt water. infinity edge pool (complete with a music note design in the bottom of the pool) with whirlpool jets, outdoor shower, stone sink, sunset and sunrise views, and HUGE gourmet kitchen, We provide 2 WiFi providers, Apple TV, with a TV in each master bedroom and a large 60" flat screen TV in the living room. We also have Satellite TV. Luxury linens and resort style beach towels are provided. Hair dryers are provided in each suite bathroom. We provide Paul Mitchell Teatree hair products, as well as Bath and Body shower gel and soap. Custom made Turkish bathrobes are provided for your use while you are a guest as well. We have TWO internet providers - if service goes out with one company, there is still internet with the other company. This gorgeous Caribbean front home is located close to Centro (downtown) BUT it is unique in that it is located on a large private property that feels like your very own Mexican Hacienda. If you want a change of pace from the Caribbean view in your private pool, you can walk to Playa Norte, the primary beach, in 5-7 minutes. You don't feel like cooking? Feel free to give your gourmet kitchen the night off and walk downtown in 5 minutes where you will have your choice from an astounding eclectic selection of restaurants. Alternatively, there are several private chefs available for hire to come to your home and cook for you. We can provide those names to you if you are interested. If you are tired from relaxing in the sun or the shade all day, diving, or touring the island at your own leisure and you don't feel like cooking or walking to town for nourishment, there is also a local delivery service who delivers delicacies from many local restaurants for a nominal fee. Take a trip to the fully finished roof and enjoy sunset at the built in seating and bar. Under the custom designed roof top pergola, you can watch dolphins jump in the Caribbean, catch a sunrise, and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Our reliable, bi-lingual, property manager is available to answer your questions, address any concern that may arise, and provide assistance as needed. If you would like cold beverages or minimal groceries available upon your arrival, for a service charge (plus the cost of items) this can be arranged. This is arranged solely through the property manager. NOTE: Because this is a 2 master bedroom home, there is a $15 per person per night extra charge for over four people to a maximum of 7 people. We have a very comfortable queen size air bed and also a twin size air bed available that fit nicely in the pool side room, which doubles as an extra bedroom as needed. They are "bed height" not the typical "air mattress" height. You are renting the ENTIRE HOUSE for this below average rental price! The very private solar heated salt water infinity pool is for your use while you are a guest - it is not shared with anyone. Owners can be reached via phone, email, or texting. We will not always be available in person, but am happy to assist with what we can. Our reliable bi-lingual property management team live on the island are available to assist you 24/7. We are close enough to downtown to enjoy what it has to offer....yet far enough away (a 5-7 minute walk) that we don't have the downtown noise. The only loud "noise" you will hear is the crashing of the waves on the rocks right outside the property. You are within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants, shops, market, etc. You do not need a golf cart or bike but they are available on the island if you like. Guest access Guests have full access to the home.. You do NOT share any part of the home with any other groups or guests - including the private fully heated (via heat pump) salt water infinity pool.
