Please note this cottage is in a condo association with shared access to outdoor common areas. Situated only steps from Popham's seven mile white sandy beach, the renovated cottage enjoys spectacular southeasterly views of Seguin and Pond Island lighthouses. Other things to note Please note $59 "management fee" is a damage waiver that covers up to $1500 of accidental damage . Which is why we do not require a security deposit. Please note cell phone coverage is poor in this location. Most guests connect thru WIFI, but we also have a landline with free long distance.
