At El Mirador de Linarejos, you can enjoy a quiet stay surrounded by all the basic amenities just minutes from downtown. You'll have a parking space on the surface for passenger cars at your disposal, so parking won't be a problem. We're waiting to offer you a 10-star experience :) The space Our house has three bedrooms: -One with a 135cm double bed -The second, with two 90cm beds -The third, with three 90cm beds The beds will be available based on the number of guests who book. The living room is very spacious, divided into two areas (TV area, with a 3-seater sofa and another 2-seater sofa, and dining area). No sofa turns into a bed. It is located within a gated community with surface parking, a seasonal community pool, and a sports court. In terms of accessibility, it has a ramp for people with limited mobility and two elevators. Guest access The house will be fully available. In the surrounding area you can find all the basic services, such as supermarkets, public transport line, gas station, pharmacy and even access to one of the city's greenways. The pool is only open in season (approximately from June 20 to September 10, please contact us for more details as the dates depend on the year). The pool hours will be from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. until August 15, and from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from August 15 to the end of the season. In the pool, it is forbidden to play with balls, other games that disturb the rest of the neighbors, and pets are not allowed. The recreation area inside the development is always open.
