Have you ever stayed in a 4-story townhouse with a chill-out, barbecue, garden and a pool overlooking the sea? ★ Welcome to "Villa Afrodita"! ★ Live the Costa del Sol in this townhouse designed to relax and enjoy. In "Villa Afrodita" you can: - Swim in a pool with see views (open from May 15th to September 30th). - Read a book and relax in the chill-out. - Throw yourself on the garden grass. - Eat until you fill yourself up with a barbecue. - Go to the beach on foot (5 minutes walking). The space It is a semi-detached house with 4 floors distributed as follows: - Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with trundle beds. - Floor 0: outdoor porch, living room with sofa bed, complete bathroom, kitchen and garden with chill-out and barbecue. In addition, there is access to the pool. - Floor 1: 3 bedrooms (2 of them double and one with a trundle bed) and 2 full bathrooms. - Floor 2: upper terrace with views. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces except for the pool, which is communal. The pool can be used throughout the year, and it is not very crowded, so it is a very quiet and relaxing place where you can disconnect and enjoy. Other things to note ★ SAFETY AND NOISE CONTROL ★ Both in the living room and in the porch/chill-out there are decibel and noise controllers installed. ★ CLEANING & DISINFECTION ★ The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each departure. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have. In addition, it is important that you know that you will have 2 sets of keys and that check-in at the house is autonomous. The first set of keys is located next to the door in a security box, while the second set of keys is inside the house.
