This is a recently decorated guest room within a big house. There is off road parking on a large drive, and the house is located in a pretty village with an easy commute into Huntingdon, and is close to the A1/A14. Bedding and towels included. There is exclusive guest use of a family bathroom, limited kitchen facilities are available to prepare light meals, and a large garden. There is an option for longer-term rental and the village has an excellent pub nearby and lovely countryside walks. The space The property is a large 4-bedroomed house with 3 reception rooms, and a large kitchen and dining room. There is also a large garden that is not overlooked, and plenty of off-road parking. Guest access Guests have access to a well-appointed family bathroom with a shower and bath, which is shared only with other guests. There is also shared access to the kitchen, utility room, a reception room and a large garden. The office and two of the reception rooms on the ground floor are out of bounds. During your stay Host mobile phone numbers will be provided if required during stays. Other things to note The house is home to 3 female cats that normally keep themselves scarce when there are guests. Therefore, guests are requested to keep their bedroom doors shut if they do not want opportunist cats to invade their space.
