The Bensville Bungalow is a stylish 2 bedroom granny flat located in the Central Coast’s beautiful Bensville. Closely located to all of the Central Coast’s delights - a stones throw to beaches, shopping, family-friendly activities and a plethora of delicious cafes, bars and restaurants. Please note the Bungalow is at the back of our property. The space We have lovingly decorated this space with all the comforts of home. Bensville Bungalow is located on the rear of our property and has private side access, completely fenced in so you will not have any shared spaces. It is a short 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Brisbane Water. It has a full kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry, bathroom with shower and two lovely bedrooms. Bedroom 1 sleeps two in a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a three person capacity with a double bunk bed. Double bed on the bottom with a single up top. All towels and linens are provided. There is a small patio with a WeberQ and some seating at the back of the house with a small seating area with grass (pictured). > Walking distance to Bottletree Kitchen Cafe, a kids playground & Bensville Wharf > 4km from Killcare, Putty & MacMasters Beach > 4 min drive to Empire Bay Tavern > 5 min drive to IGA Xpress & Liquor > 8 min drive to Kincumber Village Shopping Centre (Coles, Eateries & Liquorland to name a few) > 8 mins to Kincumber Hotel > 15 mins to Terrigal Please note that as this listing is on our property and we do have two young children, you may hear them playing from the Bungalow. You will also need to pass by our front yard to access your private side path to the property. Guest access The entire space is yours! Please note - The Bungalow is at the rear of our property, however is fenced off and private. Access is via the side of the our house down your own side path. Please note there are 3 stairs in the side entry and 3 stairs to access the Bungalow itself. Once inside there are no stairs. Please note there is no private parking on the property. There is ample free street parking across the road. Other things to note Bensville Bungalow is Pet Friendly however pets must be completely house trained, safe, are not allowed on furniture and must be cleaned up after. Please provide a description of your pet upon requesting your booking. We do maintain the right to refuse pets. We charge a one off $75 pet fee to cover the cost of a deeper clean following check out. Please note we live on this property and have a strict no party rule.
