Saunik's Farm, a cosy mountain hideaway. Unit 1

This is a brand new property that my family has recently finished. We built this as a holiday home for ourselves as well as adventurers and travellers who like to enjoy the sheer peace and beauty that nature and this place has to offer. The house has 2 floors, both being rented out as separate units, fully equipped of all basic amenities. The northern Himalayan ranges are right at our doorstep and fully visible if weather permits. Stay with us surrounded by massive mountains and utter greenery. The space The space This is a newly built, family holiday home, tucked away in the mountains of Uttarakhand. The house has 2 floors, and each Unit is rented separately. This is the lower unit and has a massive bedroom with a Queen bed. We also have the option of putting in a cot and mattress if given notice beforehand. The room has all basic amenities along with sofas to lounge on and plenty of storage space in the room as well as in the hallway cupboards. The unit has a private bathroom next to the bedroom. The unit also includes a fully equipped and functioning kitchen attached. At the entrance and next to the kitchen is a small patio area for guests to sit and relax in and enjoy the valley view. The property is very big and open and guests can walk 200 meters in-front of the house to an extension of our land in order to be able to see a full 120% view of the northern part of the Himalayan range. Nanda devi range, Trishul, Haathiparvat are some of the peaks that are visible from the property. Manila devi temple is only at 25kms distance from the house, and a very well known tourist spot in the area. How to get here. Nearest railway station - Ramnagar. Nearest airport - Pant nagar By road - Delhi to our place, via Ramnagar is 350kms. There are a lot of taxis that do this route from Delhi and other places as well. If you are coming with your own car, we have a parking area available on the plot. If travelling via car it is much easier and accessible. Specially if you want to see other spots around the area. If you are arriving in Ramnagar and want pick up and drop off facility, we can arrange for it beforehand on notice. Extra charges for transport will be applied. Guest access All areas in this unit (Unit 1, lower unit) are accessible to guests. Other things to note We have the option of having small bonfires outside during winter season. A nominal fee would be charged for the wood/coal as we buy it in town (Ramnagar) and bring up in our car. Prior notice required for arrangement.
