The space This property is representing modern architecture and design, and the emphasis is on indoor-outdoor living, with an inviting spa-like heated swimming pool surrounded with one of two sundecks. The other one is on the second floor, and both of them are really generous. High ceilings throughout, with skylights on the second floor, really live an impression. There are many places to entertain since this property offers everything you can imagine. Aside from sundeck with sunbeds, you have three sitting areas on the outside, and on the inside, you can enjoy yourself with your friends and family, or simply relax in the swimming pool. For those of you who still like to keep active, there is an equipped gym, so you can keep in shape during your vacation as well. There is even a gas fireplace that you would most definitely enjoy while drinking a glass of local wine. All of this space is opened towards the pool area with glass sliding doors, so you will feel the breeze, and have this feeling of one huge private space. When these doors are open you can almost literally walk into a swimming pool from your living room. This luxurious villa accommodates 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have on-suite and 2 family rooms with a shared bathroom. Each and every bedroom is personalized, with somewhat different colors, shapes, and designs, yet all of them are strongly connected with high-end finishes and impeccable details. The interior designer took special care of the flow of space, and the living area is the central place of this villa. From the fully equipped kitchen, you will pass our wine wall and the dining area, and come to the living area where the TV area and fireplace are. Since it is a newly built property, our designer followed the latest trends and took special care of the details. The lines are clear, and the dominant materials are glass, wood, and steel. The A/C is available throughout the villa and in every bedroom. Hot water tanks are always full, so you really do not need to think about anything while staying with us. Everything is made so you could relax and enjoy your vacation. We are paying particular attention to disinfecting high touch areas. Those surfaces include tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Basically the whole property is professionally deep cleaned and disinfected after every stay. Our standard for every cleaning process is a two-step approach. We use a detergent or soap and hot water for visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection to kill germs on surfaces. We use ecological hospital-grade disinfectants and alcohol-based products for this cleaning. All of the sheets, towels, and other textiles are washed using the warmest setting and dried. Of course, we will still continue to provide pump bottles of hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen, along with a hand sanitizer, plenty of tissues, or antibacterial wipes. Besides, disinfectant and other cleaning products are now stored along with the dishwashing and laundry detergents in the house, and in our garden, for use during your stay. The property has more than enough parking spaces, and it is within the walking distance to the local shops and markets, as well as to the coastline and the local marina.
