Relax with the whole family or with friends at this peaceful place to stay. It's a private home nestled in the woods overlooking a large pond. You get the feeling of being up north with the convenience of being 5 minutes from the heart of Harrison. Close to Leota ORV Trailhead, Snowsnake Ski & Golf, Rocks and Valleys Off-Road Park, and Duggan's Canoe Livery. Also, there are 20 lakes within 20 minutes! This updated chalet offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths and sleeps up to 8 people. The space The chalet is private and secluded. There's plenty of room to roam indoors or outside. It boasts a greatroom with floor to celing windows to take advantage of the large pond and wooded views. It has an additional loft that overlooks the greatroom and has a separate seating area, balcony, large tv, futon, and blow-up mattress for additional guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms have full beds. Each bedroom has a tv with either Roku or Firetv. The Wifi is fast, too! Outdoors, you 'll have access to a large fire pit for those late night gatherings and a horseshoe pit for daytime fun. There is a charcoal grill for cooking bbq on the expansive wrap around deck that has ample seating for dining and relaxing. The driveway can accommodate multiple cars with trailers carrying your seasonal toys. This is a great place for friends and family to gather. It's roomy, quiet, and private. There are also Ring cameras outside for added security. One of the best things about the location is that is centrally located from other destination cities up north like Houghton Lake, Cadillac, West Branch, Mt Pleasant, and Grand Rapids making it an alternate and affordable option. Explore places in Harrison or take a day trip to Birch Run Premium Outlets, Dow Gardens or Mackinac Island. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the attic and garage. There is a spacious wrap around porch, front porch, and balcony to take in the views. Kick back on the ample seating outdoors and take in the view of the large pond. Also, you can relax by the firepit in the backyard. Other things to note There is a $50 pet fee and a limit of 2 pets. A $50 fee will be charged separately for any additional pets. Early check-ins or later check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee ranging from $25 to $50. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. You must notify the host in advance if you plan on having visitors. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the home. Do not wear your shoes on the carpeted areas, especially during winter or wet seasons.
