Please note that the space may not be suitable to host more than three large individuals. Other things to note The Condominium Administration requires a copy of the passport or Philippine government issued ID of all the occupants of the property submitted prior to arrival for building security purposes. Late submission may result to delays with the check-in. Non submission may be denied entry to the building. After booking, please provide us your flight or travelling details if you are travelling in on your check-in day so our we can monitor your flight or travel situation and plan for your check-in in case there will be delays. CHECK IN/OUT Standard check-in starts at 3:00PM and check-out until 12 Noon. Earlier check-in is allowed if the unit is ready (see rates below). Please advise us upon booking. You will be notified on or before the check-in day if it is possible. In-person check-out with the host / unit caretaker is encouraged. Guest accepts full responsibility if they choose otherwise. Self-check-in can be arranged if you are arriving late or not sure of your arrival time. There is a P300 fee for assisted check-ins between 6PM-8AM and has to be paid directly to the host / unit caretaker. We do not live on-site. Early check-in and late check-out time are subject to the availability of the property. Fee is P200 (first 2 pax) per hour or fraction thereof and has to be paid in advance to the host or co-host. TOWELS/LINENS A clean set of Towels/bed sheet/pillowcases will be provided when you check-in and every 10 days of your stay. Standard set is good for 2 guests and also when extra guests are paid for. There is a PHP300 fee to request for a new set for 2 guests plus 150 for each additional guest to cover for laundry and transportation expenses.
