Large back deck installed in Nov 2023. Guest Access: Our guests have access to the entire second and third floor, apartment 2. The back deck is private for your use. There is one tenant on the first floor. Other Things to Note: This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $350 pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
