Cosy Bed and Breakfast Close to Leeds City Centre

Welcome to my brand new cosy little bed sit EST 2022. This building at the bottom of my garden was a garage, then converted into a family run permanent makeup clinic and now a beautiful little bedsit only 4 miles away from Leeds city centre with all of the essential amenities close by! I have tried to keep this space neutral for most guests, toys and puzzles for little ones, cot available (please ask on booking) Wi-Fi and a table to work from for work trips, safe and cosy for single guests. The space This space is a modern, light, fresh and new open space with lots of windows and doors with blinds for privacy. Breakfast includes Porridge, cereal milk, tea, coffee, sugar. A living room/bedroom area with a table to fold up and down if and when needed. A separate toilet with a sink and a shower area/kitchenette off the main bedroom/living room area. Mirror and tile walls and under floor heating. This bedsit is nestled in the trees at the top of my garden, with 2 gates for safety. Close to Temple Newsam house. Thorpe Park and motorway networks. Crossgates Railway station and retail parks within walking distance. Guest access You will have use of the whole bedsit, patio and grass garden. kids are free to run around the garden but take care on the decking area this can be slippy in the winter months.
