This stylish, extremely spacious and bright place is ideal for group visits, business trips and vacations with your partner or family alike. You will have a huge and fully renovated apartment at your disposal with every detail made with extra care and love as if it is your own home, with all amenities you can think of. We are conveniently placed mere 10 mins from Sofia airport and city center (by taxi or bus), with lots of shops, restaurants and one of the biggest malls nearby. The space You will have an extremely spacious apartment with a living area of 130 sq. m. When you enter the place, you will see a large and welcoming hallway with outside wardrobe for jackets. Home sleepers will be provided. On the left is the small and newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin. When you continue straight, you will enter into the UNBELIEVABLY spacious and cozy living room spreading over 50 sq. m. The TV & Sofa corner is on your left with a 52-inch Smart TV (over 600 channels, including HBO and other PPVs, Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Video and the like). The elegant sofa is also convertible and can be turned easily into a queen-sized bed. The cozy electric fireplace is in the middle of the room. The right side of the room consists of a dining area with a very large dining table and cozy reading corners. With a large window facing north (towards Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard and the north side of the city) and a south balcony revealing a magnificent view towards the Vitosha mountain, the living room is FULL of natural light during all time of the year. What is more, the LARGE south-facing balcony, equipped with tables and chairs (in spring, summer and autumn) is perfect for morning coffers and afternoon chilling enjoying the stunning mountain views towards Vitosha. The door on the right-hand side of the dining area will take you to the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, coffee maker, pans and baking trays, oven and stoves, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen island placed in front of the windows will allow you to have a quick morning coffee or breakfast while enjoying the view from the 10th floor towards the north side-view over the city. The door in the middle of the living room will lead you to a small hallway transitioning to the other part of the apartment that consists of two fully renovated and comfortable bedrooms with extra space for luggage, clothes and other private belongings. The beds are new and comfortable with high-end mattresses providing extra comfort. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two small-double beds (120 cm width / 190 cm length) which fits perfectly two persons each (or 4 people in total). The small bedroom is also equipped with a dedicated office area with a desk, comfortable office chair and a new 27-inch display, as well as paper drawers. Please note that if your group consists of less than 3 people, the small bedroom will be locked by default in which case you should request access to the workspace in advance . That said, if you're accustomed to flexible working environment, there is a PLENTY in the apartment, (including many tables, chairs, kitchen-islands and even the balcony) where you can work from your laptop. The master bathroom is located between the bedrooms and is quipped with a hydro-massage bath tub and a bidet. Finally, the apartment has a laundry and storage room that is right next to the entrance door. Regarding You will have EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF during your stay: - bed linen; -sheets; -еxtra blankets; -extra pillows; - full towel sets -full set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath bubbles and the like); -espresso coffee, a wide variety of teas, spices; -baby cot and chair; - very fast WiFi connection; -board games; -many books in 4 different languages. As regards heating, during the winter months the place takes benefit from a central heating system which heats the apartment perfectly. We do ask you to be considerate and environmentally-friendly and to turn off the heaters in the rooms you do not use and when you leave the apartment (be it for good or when you are out of the house). The living room also has an air conditioner and electric fireplace which can provide heating although it will most likely be unnecessary to use the fireplace for other than decorative purposes given the availability of other heating sources. In the summertime, you can open the windows and let the breeze in or, if need be, use the AC in the living room or portable electric coolers in the bedrooms. For 2 people or smaller groups, the small bedroom and the second bathroom will be locked as the big bedroom and the other apartment areas provides more than enough space for your stay. Please note that the small bedroom can be used as an designated office area given the availability of a desk, office chair and a brand new monitor. In case you are up to 2 people but still need to use the room as an office, please let the host know and we will try and accommodate your needs. Other things to note While there is no designated parking lot, please note that the streets around the apartment are parking-free areas and you will surely find a place to park around the building.
