You’ll enjoy plenty of privacy with your own FULLY FENCED back yard, comfortable living space, and convenient parking right next to the house. The home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation — perfect for a weekend getaway, work trip, or quiet retreat. 🚗 Guest Access Guests have full access to the home, the front and fenced backyard, and designated parking area beside the house. The driveway is shared and continues past the home to a workshop located on the back acre. 🔧 Other Things to Note A local business operates out of the workshop behind the property. A few work trucks come and go during the weekdays (typically morning and afternoon), but the area stays quiet and peaceful — especially in the evenings and on weekends!
