Guest suite for two in West Sedona

Located in the heart of Sedona. Beautiful scenery with a short walking distance to uptown and all the amazing restaurants plus shops. Safe and convenient. You'll have carport parking for one car. Access to the backyard which includes a small grill, fire pit, and patio furniture for a relaxing dining experience outside or just enjoying the stars. Make your Sedona vacation memorable by staying at this one of a kind location. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. The space Studio apartment, which has a private entrance, includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, air fryer, blender, crock pot, toaster, in a small kitchenette. Bathroom with a shower, WiFi, TV (Use yourNetflix or Prime account). We do offer a variety of travel-size toiletries in case you forget something. We'll provide 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. A variety of coffee pods and/or teas (No refills) as well as electrolyte packets for your water (No refills). We are at a high altitude, and it's hot during summer. Keeping yourself hydrated during your hikes is very important! There is a public laundrymat nearby. Guest access You have access to the studio as well as most of the back yard. parking is at the end of the driveway which puts you right by the studio. There is a firepit you can use, bring your own wood or purchase it locally. The firpit will be put away during fire alert season. Other things to note Owners and host live on the property. No other guests allowed other than those confirmed in the booking. you only have one parking space under a regular sized carport and street parking is not allowed by our HOA. No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the studio, No drugs on the property. Pets allowed upon the host's prior approval, for the specified fee. Must be friendly with people and other small dogs, because the yard will be shared with my small dogs occasionally. The studio fits 2 guests comfortably, we do have a twin inflatable bed for a child if needed. We have a firepit in the backyard. Bring your own firewood or purchase it locally. The firepit will be put away during fire alert season. There is small grill in the backyard that you can use. We supply the propane. The kitchen comes stocked with lots of amenitie, which is why we set the nightly fee as it is. If you're looking for something that does not include the amenities and a price to reflect that, we are not your fit. Most of our guests come for the hiking, and they start super early! They appreciate the amenities as most local restaurants are not open that early.
